Software Engineer (C#/.NET, Test Automation, Azure)
Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to develop scalable, secure, and resilient platform services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, test automation, cloud technologies, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices .Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, smoke, and end-to-end tests.
- Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and develop backend services and RESTful APIs supporting platform operations and system integrations.
- Work with AWS and Azure cloud-native technologies and support Azure migration initiatives.
- Implement deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Collaborate with QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to support reliable deployments.
- Support platform releases through validation, monitoring, and post-deployment activities.
- Work within an AI-driven SDLC, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET.
- Experience with Postman, Bruno, SpecFlow, and/or Cucumber.
- Strong experience with API and end-to-end test automation, including batch processing and data validation.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and microservices.
- Experience with AWS and Azure/AKS.
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure AI Search preferred.
- Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and/or ArgoCD.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Datadog, and/or Prometheus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
