Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and working with technical and business teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience handling projects from requirement gathering through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
- Conduct requirement discussions and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Support UAT, testing, and issue resolution.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
