Role: Senior ServiceNow Discovery Developer
Atlanta, GA (Onsite all 5 days in office at client location)
Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Discovery.
- Expertise with MID Server configuration, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and CMDB health.
- Experience discovering and managing AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform cloud resources within ServiceNow CMDB.
- Working knowledge of Python scripting for automation and tooling.
- Ability to troubleshoot Discovery performance, credential issues, and infrastructure integrations.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure concepts, networking, and AWS services.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI tools, GenAI coding assistants).
- ServiceNow Discovery certification required.
- AWS experience preferred.
Expectations:
- Background check done experience is verified.
- Certifications are verified.
- AI-assisted development is expected; candidates should be comfortable leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, ServiceNow AI capabilities, and other GenAI-based development assistants.
- Candidates will work closely with the ServiceNow engineering team supporting enterprise solutions hosted primarily on AWS.
