IP (Trademark Litigation & Transactions) Of Counsel opportunity with a law firm in New York, NY.
The role focuses on handling trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret matters, with a strong emphasis on trademark litigation and IP-related transactional work. The attorney will also support M&A transactions, conduct IP due diligence, draft and negotiate IP provisions in acquisition agreements, and advise clients on licensing and technology-related contracts.
They’re looking for someone with 10+ years of law firm experience in intellectual property law, substantial trademark litigation experience, and a strong background in IP due diligence and M&A transactions. Experience with trademark prosecution, licensing, technology contracts, and patent/copyright/trade secret matters is also highly valued. New York Bar admission is required.
