Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead technology strategy and architecture for a large-scale Customer Experience (CX) Transformation program supporting a 70+ member technology organization.
The role will focus on modernizing customer platforms and experiences through cloud, data, digital technologies, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise architecture strategy and multi-year technology roadmaps for CX transformation.
Lead modernization across digital channels, customer platforms, APIs, cloud, data, and integration.
Identify and scale Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases across customer and employee experiences.
Define architecture patterns for AI agents, RAG, orchestration, automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
Establish architecture standards, governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
Partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate business strategy into scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across a 70+ person transformation organization.
Qualifications
Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
Strong experience with CX transformation and modern enterprise architecture.
Hands-on understanding of cloud, APIs, microservices, data, integration, and AI.
Experience with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or intelligent automation.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in large, complex enterprise environments; regulated industry experience preferred.
