About the job
Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.
- Duration: 6 months, with the intent to potentially hire the contractor into a full-time position with SOMI within 6 months. At the time of hire, the candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays are required onsite days.)
- Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule)
op Skills & Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation to include process modeling.
- Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s).
- Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions
- Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation to include process modeling

- Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions

Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance to statement of work and/or other work agreements/contracts
- Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations
- Bachelor's degree
