Position: Business Analyst 5
Location: Lansing, MI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite: Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Interview Process: 1st Round Virtual, 2nd Round Onsite
Key Required Skills & Experience
- Business Process & Requirements: 7+ years in business process review, requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
- Agile Framework: 5+ years creating and managing user stories on Agile projects.
- Stakeholder & Strategy Management: 2+ years facilitating discussions with senior leadership to build roadmaps, drive strategy, and reach consensus.
- IT Solutions: 2+ years implementing public-facing IT applications.
Preferred Skills
- Contracts & Agreements: Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) or work agreements.
- Compliance & Regulations: Exposure to state or federal regulatory programs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
