Application Solution Architect - Customer Onboarding & Go-To-Market
Location:

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect to design and govern end-to-end customer onboarding solutions across multiple business channels. This role will bridge business requirements, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to create scalable, secure, and integrated onboarding experiences. The architect will define solution architectures, API strategies, event-driven integrations, data flows, cloud-native implementations, and governance standards while supporting customer onboarding, account management, activation, and operational handoff processes.
Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Solution Architecture and End-to-End Application Design
- AWS Cloud Architecture and Services
- Confluent Cloud and Apache Kafka Event-Driven Architecture
- API Design, API-Led Integration Patterns, Governance, Security, and Lifecycle Management
- PostgreSQL Data Modeling, Performance Optimization, and Integration
- SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) with Customer/Business Partner Data
- Snowflake Data Integration and Governed Data Exchange
- Application Integration Patterns and Workflow Design
- Event Streaming Architecture and Middleware Integration
- Non-Functional Architecture (Security, Scalability, Reliability, Availability, Resilience)
- Agile Delivery Environment Experience
- Architecture Documentation (Solution Diagrams, Data Flows, Integration Designs, Decision Records)
- Customer Onboarding, Account Management, Customer Data, or Commercial Process Architecture
Nice to Have:
- Retail and Wholesale business process experience
- Customer portals, CRM, digital commerce, pricing, contract, or customer service platforms
- SAP MDG integration with ERP, CRM, workflow, and digital platforms
- Cloud-native or hybrid architecture experience
- Data governance, master data management, and data stewardship experience
- DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and automated deployment practices
- Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance experience
- Relevant AWS, Kafka, SAP, Security, Agile, or Architecture certifications
