Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs
- Prior experience with Impact.com/Rakuten/Commission Junction platform required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in utilizing Impact and CJ for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks.
- Proven experience onboarding and managing partnerships
- Proven track record of building a business and operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to clearly articulate strategy and then execute.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, a focus on possibilities and not obstacles.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
