Vendor Quality Management Manager
Introduction:
We are looking for a qualified candidate with at least 6 years of experience in Vendor Quality Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in GMP and GDP areas within the Pharma/Biotech industries, as well as previous experience in a management role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage vendor quality management processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in GMP and GDP areas
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with vendors to improve quality and efficiency
- Lead a team of quality management professionals
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or allied health field (or comparable degree)
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Vendor Quality Management
- Previous manager level experience is required
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in GMP/GDP areas
- Pharma or Biotech industry experience
- Expertise in Risk Assessment
- Excellent communication skills
