Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Information Services project and program management experience.
  • 5+ years leading large, complex enterprise programs.

  • Experience managing multiple workstreams involving technology teams, business organizations, vendors, and shared services.
  • Strong experience with program governance, portfolio management, risk management, and organizational change management.
  • Demonstrated executive presence with experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and prioritize competing demands.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, and enterprise portfolio management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
