- Target Start Date: 1/4/2027
- Telecommuting: Allowed at the discretion of the DCIO (20% up to 1 day per week for new hires, and up to 40% / 2 days a week after 6 months).
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory Requirement: 84+ months of experience as a Systems Analyst (Expert) specializing in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems.
- Technical Documentation: 84 months of experience authoring technical and business process documentation, including user guides, training manuals, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Enterprise Applications Documentation: 36 months of experience creating user-facing documentation, instructions, and training materials for Enterprise applications serving multiple groups with user bases over 1,000 users.
- Process Modeling & Analysis: 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders at all levels to define, model, document, and analyze business and technical processes.
- Testing Materials: 36 months of experience preparing testing materials, including test plans, scenarios, scripts, and test execution tracking/reporting.
- AI Prompting: 12 months of experience writing effective AI prompts to support document analysis, drafting, or other BA tasks.
- Oracle Analytics: 12 months of experience building reports using Oracle Analytics tools like OBIEE or Oracle BI Publisher.
- Accessibility Standards: 12 months of experience producing user-facing documents adhering to WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance and institutional accessibility benchmarks.
- Instructional Videos: 12 months of experience creating instructional videos using UPK or other tools.
- Procurement Documents: 12 months of experience preparing procurement documents such as RFPs.
- Public Sector: 12 months of experience working with the public sector.
