CTG is seeking to fill a SAP HANA Finance Transformation Consultant position for our client.
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 8 months
Duties:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP HANA Finance and Treasury (FIN TR) solutions to meet client business requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing SAP Treasury expertise and business process guidance.
- Analyze business requirements, assess existing financial processes, and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Design and configure SAP solutions that support finance transformation, operational efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on solution design, development, integration, testing, and implementation.
- Apply functional and techno-functional expertise to integrate SAP solutions with business processes and existing systems.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client expectations, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system performance, and enhance solution sustainability.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovative problem-solving.
Skills:
- Strong SAP Treasury (FIN TR) functional and configuration expertise.
- SAP HANA finance transformation and enterprise financial systems implementation.
- Business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
- SAP configuration, integration, testing, and implementation.
- Finance and treasury business process optimization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Experience:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Treasury and SAP HANA Finance solutions.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Proven ability to support SAP solution delivery across design, development, integration, and implementation phases.
- Experience working directly with clients to provide functional expertise, strategic guidance, and business process recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams while managing priorities in a project-based environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Treasury are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $133,921 - $167,641. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
