The Role

As a Help Desk Analyst I, you'll be the first point of contact for technology support across our corporate office and facilities. You'll fix problems, answer questions, and get people back to work quickly, often while they're in the middle of a busy shift. This is a strong starting point for someone building a career in IT who wants to learn from an experienced team and see how their work affects people.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to support requests by,, and ticketing system, and log, prioritize, and track every issue through resolution
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues for corporate and facility users, both remotely and on-site
  • Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and manage user access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Set up accounts, devices, and system access for new hires, and remove access when employees leave
  • Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Support users on our business and clinical applications [confirm systems, e.g., EHR, UKG]
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support or vendors with clear, complete documentation
  • Build and update knowledge base articles and how-to guides for common issues
  • Protect sensitive information and follow HIPAA and company security standards in all work

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or coursework in IT or a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of help desk, IT support, or technical customer service experience (internships, school, and military IT experience count)
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required
  • A calm, patient way of explaining technical issues to people who aren't technical
  • Strong organization and follow-through, because no ticket gets forgotten
  • Healthcare IT experience is a bonus
