Analyze equipment performance data, maintenance records, and reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive asset reliability initiatives.

Support the development and optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve equipment performance, reliability, and maintainability.

General duties for the Reliability Engineer include but are not limited to:

Monitor asset performance and reliability trends to identify chronic losses and prioritize improvement activities.

Facilitate failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA), asset criticality assessments, and other reliability-centered maintenance processes.

Develop and maintain equipment standards, maintenance task lists, and reliability documentation.

Assist in the implementation and sustainment of lubrication excellence, precision maintenance, and asset care programs.

Implement and track reliability KPIs across the business units that align and support the business objectives

Develop and continuously improve work management processes, including work identification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, backlog management, and execution practices to enhance workforce efficiency and asset reliability.
