Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer
Location: Remote

Job Description:
- Builds, configures, and customizes ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) (formerly known as ITBM) modules to align enterprise investments, resources, and execution with business strategy.
- Implement and configure core SPM capabilities including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Planning (cost plans, budgeting, forecasting), Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Enterprise Agile Planning/SAFe.
- Write and maintain custom JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Build and manage data integrations between ServiceNow SPM and third-party financial, HR, or agile execution tools using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Transform Maps.
- Design executive dashboards, roadmaps, scoring models, and Performance Analytics to track KPIs and portfolio health.
- Maintain relational data models across initiatives, products, and financial plans.
