Job Title: Software Engineer - Spring Boot Full Stack
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ - Hybrid
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Software Engineer, Spring Boot Full Stack with 7+ years of experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of full-stack development
Backend: Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
Frontend: React or Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript
Database: PostgreSQL / SQL
Integration: API and event integration, Kafka / messaging
Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes / AKS, CI/CD, Azure DevOps / GitHub
Engineering Practices: Unit and integration testing, secure coding, logging, debugging, application troubleshooting
AI Tooling: Experience with AI code-generation tooling is required
Methodology: Experience delivering in Agile / Scaled Agile environments required - including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, PI planning, dependency management and cross-functional POD collaboration.
Domain: Banking experience is preferred.
