ROLE SUMMARY
Senior quality leader accountable for independent QE governance on a greenfield EIS Group Benefits implementation. Co-chairs the Steering Committee, owns the transformation quality metrics and executive reporting, drives governance across multi vendor, and leads offshore SGS teams to deliver program quality outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Own and run independent QE governance, quality gates, entry/exit criteria and phase sign-offs.
▪ Co-chair the Steering Committee with Multi vendor leadership.
▪ Run governance calls and meetings; publish minutes, decisions and action logs, and track actions to closure.
▪ Define and own the transformation quality metrics and measurement framework.
▪ Define program success criteria and measure progress against them at every phase.
▪ Create and publish executive reporting, dashboards and program quality status on a fixed cadence.
▪ Govern acceptance of multi vendor deliverables against agreed quality standards.
▪ Drive multi-party defect triage, dependency management and escalation resolution.
▪ Lead offshore SGS QE teams to deliver program quality deliverables on time and to standard.
▪ Own the quality risk register and provide go/no-go recommendations for releases and go-live.
▪ Strong insurance QE experience with minimum 10 yrs working with insurance clients and Products
▪ Manage Functional, Automated, performance and security teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
▪ 20+ years in IT with a strong track record in Quality Engineering and program governance.
▪ Proven experience running independent QE governance on large greenfield insurance implementations.
▪ Strong Group and Voluntary Benefits domain knowledge (enrollment, billing, claims, partner feeds).
▪ Experience designing quality metrics and measurement frameworks for large transformation programs.
▪ Experience defining success criteria and producing executive-level program reporting.
▪ Experience governing multi-vendor programs with SI partners (PwC,EY Big 4 or equivalent).
▪ Experience leading and managing QE offshore / global delivery teams.
▪ Working experience of SAFe / Agile delivery, quality gates and QE tooling.
▪ Exceptional executive-level stakeholder communication, influencing and presentation skills.
▪ Based in or willing to relocate to Oklahoma City; in office a minimum of 3 days a week.
▪ Experience with SaaS insurance platform upgrades and release certification.
▪ Exposure to agentic / AI-led quality engineering and test automation at scale.
▪ Experience in QE life cycle and managed teams across Functional, Automation, performance and security
▪ Conducted and Ran UAT and production cut over validations and signoff.
▪ Provided recommendations coordinated meetings for go-No Go decisions for UAT and production
GOOD TO HAVE
▪ Hands-on EIS (OneSuite / Group Benefits) product implementation experience.
▪ Relevant certifications: SAFe, PMP, ISTQB Advanced / Test Manager, LOMA / insurance credentials.
