We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Engagement Manager with a strong background in Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) to lead complex enterprise engagements and manage executive-level client relationships.
Must-Have Skills:
- 20+ years of overall IT industry experience.
- 10+ years of client-facing delivery and engagement management.
- Strong Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience.
- Experience managing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Strong ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM/ESC, Core Platform, and integrations.
- Experience managing large delivery teams and multiple workstreams.
- Strong Agile delivery, leadership, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or CSM.
