Genesys Cloud Consultant (Remote)
Introduction:
As a Genesys Cloud Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, and deploying voice solutions in Genesys Cloud. You will document call flows, integrate Salesforce.com to enable call-to-case and email-to-case functionalities, build custom APIs for Salesforce integration, and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Troubleshoot complex issues
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Genesys Cloud Architect
- 3+ years of experience in API integration and custom development
- 5+ years of experience with CX Cloud for Salesforce and CTI Connector products
- 5+ years of experience with screen-pop functionalities
- 5+ years of experience with out-of-box and custom analytics capabilities
- 5+ years of experience with Workforce Management
- Ability to deliver projects and operate under tight timelines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Visio or Lucid for creating visual representations
- Knowledge of Salesforce for CRM integration or ServiceNow
