- Manage SCI report schedules via the IBM Cognos SCI portal
- Enable diagnostic logging via CLI; gather logs and submit cases via Manhattan THRU portal
- Monitor nodes for stuck processes (PkCancelS, PkShipWaveS, PkInvoiceS) and resolve or escalate
- Analyze application logs to troubleshoot UI failures, transaction errors, and performance issues
- Set up Manhattan Billing connections between WMS and billing servers

- Configure and test MHE endpoints: setup, DIF logging, failover testing, and load balancer config

- Automate routine environment tasks: verification & validation scripting, automated restarts, etc.
What You Bring

- Hands-on Manhattan WMOS/WMS experience in a production environment
- Strong Linux/Unix CLI, shell scripting, process monitoring, and log analysis
- Strong SQL for troubleshooting and data investigation
- Experience with cron/batch jobs, deployments, configuration changes, and environment support
- Familiarity with WMS integrations, interfaces, and warehouse transactions
- Solid incident management and communication skills
