Mode of Interview :- In Person Interview Very long term project(initial PO for 1 year and usually the project goes for 3-5 years with this customer) Hybrid (2days per a week onsite) at Lansing-MILocal to MI Preferred

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:-

• Be the liaison between Client and the project stakeholders
• Provide expert facilitation and elicitation and process modeling to help develop strategy and requirements for planned enhancements and technology updates on a public facing application used to communicate current availability of burn permits in Michigan counties
• Be a critical member of the Client Agency Services Business Analyst team, participating in various related work requests for DNR and contributing to the operational activities of the BA team
• Demonstrate customer service and be a champion to ease Agency compliance with Client policies and practices
• Quickly gain a working understanding of applicable constraints and enablers and help DNR navigate those for the success for their projects and work requests

Required Qualifications:-

• Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation to include process modeling
• Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s)
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions
• Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance to statement of work and/or other work agreements/contracts
• Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations
• Bachelor's degree
