Service Delivery - Delivery Lead
Job Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with Possible extension

- The Delivery Lead owns how work moves through the software factory: intake and sequencing, dependency and flow management, cycle time and throughput, and predictable, repeatable release.
- The role is accountable for the pace and reliability of the build line, and is the person who can say what is in flight, what is blocked and what ships next.
- We are looking for someone who has run delivery across several engineering teams at once, manages flow with data rather than status decks, and can hold a cadence without slowing the teams down
