CTG is seeking to fill an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant position for our client.

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Management Accounting solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable SAP solutions.
  • Design, configure, test, integrate, and implement SAP Finance solutions aligned with client and industry requirements.
  • Provide techno-functional expertise and trusted business guidance throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
  • Apply SAP best practices and current technologies to improve business processes and solution effectiveness.
  • Contribute to solution strategy, technical design, development, and implementation activities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance, including SAP FI and Management Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of finance business processes, SAP best practices, and techno-functional solution design.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Experience with end-to-end SAP solution delivery, including design, configuration, testing, integration, and implementation.
  • Strong client-facing consulting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse technical and business stakeholders and provide trusted business advice.
  • SAP certification is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $165,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
